Norfolk Wagyu Beef Silverside

his was the first time I have used Harvey’s butchers, I purchased the Norfolk Wagyu Beef silverside and a Lamb joint for our Christmas dinner. They were both delivered on the day we we booked, very efficient and friendly delivery service.
Both meats were beautiful, full of flavour and so tender and juicy. I will certainly be using Harvey’s much more from now and can’t recommend them enough.
