Cancellations are acceptable and without penalty as long as they are registered with us before your dispatch notification email. After then it will be the customers responsibility and will be accountable for all charges.
Returns & Refunds
Given the nature of our business and that the goods are perishable we cannot accept Returns, however this does not mean we will not honor mistakes we make or if you are unhappy. We only ask that you check your order is complete once delivery has been made and make sure that all products are correct as ordered and not damaged in any way, Any concerns or complaints must be registered via email/phone (information on our contact page) Within 24 hours of the delivery being received and we will take the relevant steps to rectify any issues you may have including replacement/refund/credit note.
