Shipping policy

Shipping is £11.95 unless your order is over £100 where we offer free delivery ( excluding Saturday Deliveries ), Shipping commences after the order is complete and ready for dispatch. Customers will be emailed notification of the order and when it has been dispatched, Delivery is made through DHL Who have a txt service available in case you are out or you need to contact the courier for any special instructions i.e ( you get called out on an emergency and would like your parcel left somewhere safe or with a neighbour) All orders are sent on a next day before 12pm delivery. Customers pick there own delivery day at checkout using our integrated calendar in the event of any delay we will inform you immediately. This will happen before dispatch in case you wish to cancel, By checking the terms and conditions box and placing your order you are confirming that you wish to proceed with your order and that you have read the terms & conditions, privacy policy and shipping & refunds and accept all the terms set out. We only deliver to Mainland UK this does not include Offshore isles, Scottish Highlands or Ireland.

Cancellations

Cancellations are acceptable and without penalty as long as they are registered with us before your dispatch notification email. After then it will be the customers responsibility and will be accountable for all charges.
