Sutton hoo Whole Chicken

Although a whole Sutton Hoo is expensive it is worth every penny, the chicken tastes like chicken should.

Excellent whole chicken which has provided dinners and lunches. Very meaty and good quality. Cameron giblets so I could make a good bone broth with the remains too.

Four of us shared it for Christmas dinner, and it was tender, tasty, and enough food

I ordered the Sutton Hoo chicken for Christmas Day lunch. None of us particularly like turkey and even a small one would be too large for us. Everyone enjoyed the chicken. It had a lot of flavour and with all the trimmings, it was more than enough for half a dozen people. I would certainly order it again.

Nice fat chicken. Would have liked to have had giblets too.
