Rib of Beef

My butcher of 25 years, Plymouth Devon (often referred to locally as Ivor Bence)—passed away on April 22, 2021, at the age of 85.
And since after he passed I've been searching for the quality of meat I would buy from him and finally I have found a butcher that meats my standards.
I have bean up and down the country and these guys have nailed it.
My order was of sorts,and I cant fault anything, the Rib I bought was perfect in taste, aged and butchered well.

We have bought our Christmas rib of beef from Harveys for the last 5 years and it is always so good. A family favourite so I've just ordered again for this year. Can't wait!
