I quite enjoyed these lamb burgers but felt the tikka and mint flavours actually detracted from the meat taste. My palate has been influenced by some delicious burgers I enjoyed, which came from salt marsh lamb when I was in South Wales earlier this year. We have salt marshes in East Anglia. What are the chances on some enterprising producer exploring lamb raised on salt marshes? The taste will need no extra flavouring.
