Diced Lamb ( 500g )

Yum, yum, yum. Fresh, clean and air packed. What else can I ask for, oh i know, minimal fat. I hate the waste I normally bin 90% of lamb as it’s got so much fat and I have to remove it all. Thankfully Harvey’s cut and sell their meat the good old way, clean. Hardly any fat to remove. I put 5% in the bin and the was only fat. No meat wasted at all. Thank you! I will be using Harvey’s all the time from now on. What took me so long. I think I was afraid of the big spend. Fear no more. Thanks Harvey’s!

Turned the cubed lamb into Rogan Josh curry,
made the Rogan Josh with a jar of sauce purchased from yourselves. I would highly recommend the sauce.
