I love cooking Nigella’s 24 hour pork and therefore ordered this for a dinner party!
The beautiful joint was delivered as promised; a really well-shaped joint, good marbling and already scored skin.
My basting recipe was applied and then it cooked slowly for 24 hours - carved beautifully (fell away from the bone) and the crackling was to die for!
Our guests loved it and we had enough for a sandwich the next day!
