They are a small, North Norfolk business who have been lovingly and
famously specialising in unusually delicious, hand made pork pies,
using free range, local pork, for 15 years.

They believe food is for sharing and that you should eat the best that you possibly can. 

Food should be satisfying and fun.

Pie Pastry: Small and Large pies - Flour (WHEAT - GLUTEN) [Calcium, iron, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B1), lard, salt, sugar


Pie Filling Naked (Plain): Fresh pork, bacon (pork, salt demerara sugar, E250, E252), rusk (WHEAT Flour (GLUTEN) [calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin, thiamin], ammonium bicarbonate - E503), salt, herbs and spices.

Flavours - as per the Plain Pie, above plus

Onion Marmalade: Onions, Raw Cane Sugar, Spiced Vinegar (Cider Vinegar, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger), Concentrated Redcurrant Juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin, Concentrated Lemon Juice

Chilli Jelly: Raw Cane Sugar, Water, Cider Vinegar, Red Chillies, Red Peppers, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin.

Cley (Chorizo): Smoked paprika, garlic.

Piccalilli: Cyder vinegar, cauliflower, french beans, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, sugar, salt, mustard powder (MUSTARD), pickling spice, turmeric, flour

Black pudding: Fresh blood, OATS, PEARL BARLEY (GLUTEN), onion, fat, spices, sultanas
